Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the 31st SPC 2022 Congress Secretariat at spc2022@wearemci.com. If cancellation is received in writing: -

1. By 22 June 2022, 2359 hours Singapore time (UTC+8), SPC will impose an admin fee of SGD 150.00 per person, per cancellation. Refunds will be made within 30 days after the end of the event. 
2. After 23 June 2022, no refunds will be issued

Change Policy

SGD 50.00 is applicable for per change, per person.  

Change in Event Mode 

Request to change from In-Person to Virtual or vice versa must be made in writing to spc2022@wearemci.com by 22 June 2022, 2359 hours Singapore time (UTC+8), and SPC will impose an admin fee of SGD 50.00 per person, per change.

Substitution of a Delegate

Request for substitution of a delegate may be made in writing to spc2022@wearemci.com by 8 July 2022, 2359 hours Singapore time (UTC+8). An administrative fee of SGD 50.00 per person, per change, will be applicable for a substitution request. For cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy above.

No Show of Registered Delegates During the Conference

No refund or partial refund request will be entertained should there be an instance(s) of no show of registered delegates during the congress.

Food & Beverages

Food and beverages provided on-site are halal-certified by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore.

Pre-congress Workshops

Delegates with a 31st SPC 2022 ticket will be able to attend all the pre-congress workshops, which will be conducted virtually. Do note that some pre-congress workshops will be conducted on limited slot availability and hence will be on a first come, first served basis. Delegates with a PT Symposium ticket will be able to attend the pre-congress workshop(s) at SGD 60.00 per workshop. 

Pharmacy Technician (PT) Symposium

Delegates with a SPC 2022 ticket will be to attend the PT Symposium.

Congress Bag for Virtual Delegates 

For virtual delegates who register before 27th June 2022, advice on the distribution mode of the congress bags will be announced nearer to the event date. 

For virtual delegates who register on or after 27th June 2022, you will need to collect your congress bag from the PSS Office between 20th July 2022 to 22nd July 2022 or from 25th July 2022 to 31st July 2022 between 10am to 5pm.

CPE Points

Pre-Congress Workshop (≥2 hours) = 2 CPE points each

2-day Scientific Programme = Maximum of 8 CPE points for 2 days. 

Please note that awarding of CPE points is based on the final number of hours clocked in for the Pre-Congress Workshop(s) and 2-day Scientific Programme (23rd to 24th July 2022). You will need to provide your full details during registration to facilitate the recording of CPE points.
